  • Available online or in person at a venue of your choice (up to 50 people).

3-Hour Interactive Workshop – £650

  • 15 mins: Understanding how the brain works in relation to anxiety, depression, OCD, and strategies to address them.

  • 40 mins: Breathwork session.

  • 30 mins: Acupressure session.

  • 40 mins: Learning about the 4 survival states and how to move through them.

  • 30 mins: Visualisation and relaxation session.

  • Available online or in person at a venue of your choice (up to 50 people). Can also be held at Goldney House Wellness Centre and Business Space (Max 25 people, £750).


Package 3

Full-Day Retreat £1250

This immersive, retreat-style experience is designed to help participants pause, reflect, and build long-term resilience against stress and overwhelm.

The day will include:

  • Acupressure: A hands-on technique to release tension and promote relaxation.

  • Breathwork: Deep breathing exercises to reset the nervous system and enhance mental clarity.

  • Somatic movement and NLP: Practices that connect mind and body, aiding emotional release and mental well-being.

  • Guided visualisation: Creating inner calm and confidence to face challenges.

  • Reflection & Journaling: Time to process insights and set intentions for future personal growth.

In addition to the retreat day:

  • A 30-minute check-in call one month after the event will help ensure progress is being maintained and provide support with any post-retreat questions or challenges.
